Tentative plans come and go for either a fiction or creative nonfiction book to begin soon. Somehow a straight forward, old fashioned nonfiction book with footnotes sounds like a relief.  Much preliminary thought and discussion, like some really ever exists, has sort of transpired but mostly expires.

Richard Neil holds degrees from the University of Alabama and Auburn University. He has worked as account executive; owned his own companies; served as Vice President of a national insurer; and was employed as a forester for the U.S. Air Force in Florida, the U.S. Forest Service in Alabama and Colorado, and private industry in Alabama, Idaho, and Montana. Currently, he writes in northern Alabama. Serenader  is his first novel.
